Payment Accepted

We accept NZ bank transfer. Customers can pay by Phone Banking, Internet Banking & Local Branch Deposit.

For those who prefer payment by Credit Card, we accept PayPal. However, there will be one-time PayPal fees of NZ$5.99 for each transaction.

FREE Shipping Worldwide

Orders are shipped usually within 1-3 business days after the payment is confirmed and cleared. We ship worldwide by DHL, Fastway, Post Haste, International Registered Airmail or other similar postal services.

Orders typically reach your doorstep within 4-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

Claims 

In case of your order did not arrived within 21 business days (3 weeks) from shipment date, please notify us and we will file an inquiry with the relevant postal service. Please allow sufficient time for the item to be delivered before initiating an inquiry. Kindly allow up to 1 week for us to get back to you after your initial claimed. In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging materials after notifying us.
