Refund and exchange 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless we made an error. Please make your selections carefully.

In case of exchange, replacements whenever possible will only be dispatched upon receipt of the original faulty item, within 72 business hours. In case of refund, the method of the refund will be based on your original method of payment.

If the original customer payment was made by credit card, then a refund on the same credit card should be given. If original payment was by bank transfer, then a refund of bank transfer will be given. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be posted.
