Payment Accepted

We accept NZ bank transfer. Customers can pay by Phone Banking, Internet Banking & Local Branch Deposit. For those who prefer payment by Credit Card, we accept PayPal. However, there will be one-time PayPal/Credit Card fees of 4.95% for each transaction.

Approximate Delivery Times 

PerfumeStore NZ offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders, worldwide. Orders are shipped by DHL, Fastway, NZ Post Haste, USPS, International Registered Airmail or other similar postal services and are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday to your chosen shipping address. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo id is required upon receipt.

Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can also check your order status through our website at any time.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

You can expect to receive your order shipped via standard shipping within 4-6 days to major cities, 7-10 days for other destinations and 10-14 days for more remote areas. If you have not received your order after 14 business days please e-mail us. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to ensure safe receipt.

Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and therefore do not qualify for express shipping.

*Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees. However, over 99% of orders are delivered without additional customs charges, especially in New Zealand, Australia and USA.
